Gabino, Luisa and Paco live in an apartment in Mexico City. They don’t have any cold water, the fridge stops working and they have lost their dog Junto. Everything seems to go wrong and the situation reaches an extreme point. Living in the house now seems untenable. They decide to make a field trip to the woods where Gabino says Junto must have taken refuge.
"Juntos focuses on the routine and mundane moments experienced during life on a daily basis, rather than become a series of dramatic changes that build on top of each other to reach some kind of climax. The everyday temporal experience is often left out when the emphasis is on storytelling. The film seeks to discern the mystery in experiencing the everyday, while seeking to understand the everydayness in that mystery." N.P.
