“After making Jauja, people asked me a lot if I’d seen this particular movie. Well, I’ve never seen it. But even Viggo Mortensen was also compared to Ford’s John Wayne... Finally I could realize what they were referring to in their comparisons.  My next film will be a western, in a direct way.
