A compilation that shows some of Lilian Schwartz’s best pioneering work, resident artist and consultant at Bell Laboratories (New Jersey) from 1969 to 2002. During the 70s and 80s Schwartz developed a whole series of visionary techniques for the use of computer by artists. Her formal explorations in abstract animation involved the marriage of film, computers and avantgarde music.
